IMPORTANT NOTICE: as of September 18, 2017, the deadline to register to vote or update a voter registration has passed in order to be eligible to vote in the Special Election on October 7, 2017. Therefore, your online voter registration application will be processed, but because it was not submitted before the September 18 deadline, pursuant to W. Va. Code § 3-2-6(a) you will not be permitted to cast a vote for the Special Election to be held on October 7, 2017.
You may apply to register to vote online, in person at your county clerk’s office or by mail.
